Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the EdgeTwin Desktop application ("Software"). By downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Fourth Hill Digital grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or internal commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Software is explicitly designed to operate entirely locally on your machine. Fourth Hill Digital does not collect, transmit, view, or store your proprietary 3D models (.glb), CSV data, IoT telemetry, or MQTT traffic. You retain complete ownership and liability for all data you ingest into the Software.

This license is granted solely for the offline EdgeTwin Desktop executable. Any deployment of EdgeTwin to cloud servers, integration with public/private enterprise APIs, or bespoke modifications require a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Fourth Hill Digital.
The Software is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
AEC Industry Disclaimer: EdgeTwin Desktop is a data visualization tool. It is NOT intended to replace certified engineering software, official construction documentation, or life-safety analysis tools. You acknowledge that relying on the Software for structural, electrical, mechanical, or life-safety decisions is done entirely at your own risk. Fourth Hill Digital explicitly disclaims any liability for construction errors, project delays, or physical damages resulting from the interpretation of data within the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fourth Hill Digital, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Fourth Hill Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, Fourth Hill Digital's entire liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software (which, for the free version, is $0.00).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
